   This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information for our services available through www.gigamoves.com (the "Website"). By using this Website and accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.    Please note that we own other domain names that point to this Website and we may from time to time add new websites. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used in accordance with this policy, please do not use our services.

   • transactional information based on your activities on the Website (such as search information);
   • computer sign-on data, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Website, and ad data;
   • other information, including IP address and standard web log information; and
   • supplemental information from third parties. For example, if you incur a debt to GigaMoves.com, we may conduct a credit check by obtaining additional information about you from a credit bureau; or we may conduct a check on your business through the Better Business Bureau or similar.  As another example, if the information you provide cannot be verified, we may ask you to send us additional information (such as your driver’s license, credit card statement, and/or your business license or other information confirming your address and licensing status) or to answer additional questions online to help verify your identity.

   If you are a consumer requesting a moving quote, you expressly consent to our use and sale of your move-related information to third-party moving companies and authorize such moving companies to collect, store, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with their policies. The moving companies may contact you by telephone, email, or mail based on the information you provided to us in order to process and fulfill your request. If one of the moving companies contacts you by telephone and you wish not to be contacted again by that company with respect to your inquiry, then you should specifically make a request to that company not to contact you again. If the company disregards your request and contacts you again, please let us know immediately by sending an email to inquiries@gigamoves.com. Please note that the moving companies may maintain the information you provided whether you elect to use their services or not.
   
   Please note that we do not control the personal information policies of third-party moving companies; therefore, if you object to your personal information being sold to third-party moving companies, please do not use our services.
   To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses; see the Choice/Opt-Out section below.

4. Disclosure of Information

   We may disclose personal information if permitted to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

If the communication is by email, we may collect the content of the email in addition to other information related to the email.  We may elect to share with moving companies a log of these communications, to allow them to manage their communications with consumers seeking moving quotes, and vice-versa.  Without limiting any other provisions of this Policy, you expressly agree that we may use this data (“impression data”) to enforce our rights to collect fees payable by the moving companies.

7. Framing

   In some cases, we may affiliate with third-party websites to have such other websites host the GigaMoves.com moving quotes form.  Although such a form may be on a website page with a similar appearance as the GigaMoves.com website, information submitted through these outside third parties are not subject to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

8. Children's Privacy

   You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information about users under 18 years of age. 10. Choice/Opt-Out

    GigaMoves.com provides all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account.   To remove your contact information from all GigaMoves.com lists and newsletters, simply contact your GigaMoves.com account manager or email us at inquiries@gigamoves.com and put “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

11. Account Protection

    Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters, and special characters and do not disclose your GigaMoves.com password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account.
